The Brunswick Dragons Fencing Club provides training, equipment and facilities for fencers of all levels. We are a friendly community club and are always interested in welcoming new members.

We Welcome Beginners!
The Brunswick Dragons offer beginners courses for those interested in starting Fencing. All ages are catered for and the course is delivered by qualified Club Coaches. Part of the course fee covers the use of Club equipment (foil, mask, fencing jacket), your own fencing glove, affiliation to Fencing Victoria and full use of the fencing facilities. Beginners’ Courses are run four times a year at a cost of $160.

Experienced Fencers
Experienced fencers have the opportunity to join the club and take part in regular training in all 3 weapons. All weapons are fenced on a regular basis with a sizable number of senior and intermediate fencers at each training session. The facilities of the Fencing Factory are some of the best in the country. Returning to Fencing
Many people leave fencing for one reason or another. The Brunswick Fencing Club is a friendly club that will welcome you back into the sport, no matter what your previous level of experience. Fencing is a great way to maintain physical fitness and you never know how many old friends may be waiting for a bout. Club Open Nights, where members brought along a family member or a friend to participate in a fun fencing class, were first held on 15 and 18 September 2008. Future dates have not yet been scheduled.
